Honduras

Honduras is one of the most important countries of origin for fair-trade coffee. Modern, water-saving processing facilities and organic fertilizers help protect natural resources while ensuring a consistently high quality of coffee.

Peru

In the highlands of Peru, coffee farmers take advantage of the Andes’ microclimate to grow high-quality organic coffee. Fair Trade premiums strengthen communities and support projects in the areas of education and health care.

India

In the southern Indian state of Kerala, coffee has been closely linked to the people and the natural environment of the region for generations. Together, the coffee farmers are committed to preserving natural habitats and practicing responsible coffee cultivation.

The Coffee Cooperatives

For our shade tree project, we have partnered with seven Fairtrade-certified cooperatives. Together with our local partners, we are securing the future of coffee cultivation and planting trees.
